While we strive to maintain accurate schedule and seat inventory information, flight fares and availability are determined directly by the airlines and are subject to change without prior notice until payment is completed and tickets are officially issued.
3. Accurate Passenger Information
When submitting a flight booking request, you are entirely responsible for ensuring that all traveler details (full name as written on identity card/passport, contact numbers, and travel dates) are 100% correct. ALL TICKET shall not be held liable for any ticket rejection or cancellation due to spelling errors or invalid traveler information.
4. Payments & Transaction Security
All payments must be completed within the specified time limit using our secure and approved payment methods. Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking reservation. ALL TICKET utilizes high-level SSL encryption to ensure your payment transactions are processed safely and securely.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
All cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by the respective rules, constraints, and policies of the selected airline. ALL TICKET will assist you in processing these transactions through our Live Support Chat. Please note that administrative charges and service fees may apply based on individual airline terms.
6. Intellectual Property & Content Protection
All visual designs, text, brand marks, and software code on this platform belong strictly to PT ALL TICKET. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of ALL TICKET assets without written permission is strictly prohibited. Security mechanisms are active across our platforms to guard against unauthorized access and contents copying.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia.
